Lettings Officer - Maternity Cover
The Highland Housing Alliance (HHA) is an innovative development company set up in order to assist with the provision of housing in the Highlands.
HHA is seeking a Lettings Officer on a maternity cover basis. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for the administration of marketing and letting related activities including responding to enquiries from clients and third parties, preparing schedules for properties prior to advertising, marketing properties as well as co-ordinating essential repairs to be carried out where deemed necessary. The successful candidate will oversee rental procedures, requirements and allocations whilst ensuring an efficient and friendly service for all customers and effective achievement of lettings and income targets.
Candidates must demonstrate initiative, an efficient and friendly manner, highly developed organisational and communication skills and a thorough practical understanding of Excel, Word and Dropbox. The candidate must be able to work within a team. A full UK driving licence and own transport are essential.
